Catering and hotel supply

Tell us the headcount and the date.

Platters of pies, samoosas, fish cakes and dumplings that leave the kitchen every week for hotels, caterers and functions across the country.

What goes on the table

The hotel range, and the pies and samoosas around it.

Fish cakes, giant crumbed samoosas, phyllo parcels, dumplings with soy glaze and chilli oil, and the sweetmeat trays all come boxed and frozen, ready to bake, fry or steam on the day.

Every variant is made in its own production run, so guests who avoid certain foods are safe. Ask for the allergen sheet for any line.
