Where we deliver
We deliver within South Africa only.
How long it takes
Orders are confirmed within one business day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days from confirmation, depending on your address. We will tell you if anything will take longer.
What it costs
Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown to you in South African Rand before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Tracking
You will receive confirmation when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the courier provides them.
If nobody is there
The courier will attempt delivery and leave contact details. If an order comes back to us undelivered we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.
